    6+ Months

    Oracle and DBA Services (Logical and Physical DBA) -

    Provide managed services to support our client's Oracle database environments.

    Oracle database DBA support.

    Maintenance and support of all Oracle environments:

    Number of Databases: Approximately 10-12 Production, 20 Test, 1 Sandbox.

    Database backup and recovery for Oracle databases using CommVault, RMAN, and Datapump export/imports.

    Data refreshes/restores for Oracle databases.

    Database configuration and administration for Oracle databases

    Including setup, monitoring, building, administering databases, and

    highly available DataGuarded database environments.

    Assignment of access on AD groups for security for Oracle databases using CMU.

    Address issues or questions across all Oracle environments.

    Performance Tuning for database and aid in SQL Tuning.

    Database deployment changes in all environments, as requested/needed.

    Maintenance of database structures and monitoring.

    Structure changes unload and reload data, install new structure changes, support daily issues,

    extended tablespaces/ASM, monitor and tune the system.

    Quarterly Patching and Upgrades as planned to Oracle Databases, Clients, JVM, OPatch etc.

    Support Linux Upgrades and infrastructure changes for Oracle Databases.

    Support Peak being highly available on-call to quickly fix any production issues

    Resources and Hour of Coverage

    Nighttime On Call Support:

    26 weeks per year (schedule TBD)

    Approximate hours 5 pm to 8 am EST

    Daytime Minor Enhancements

    26 weeks (roughly 1,000 hours, half full-time year)

    Approximate hours 8 am to 5pm EST
