    Direct management of a team of CSR & HVAC Technicians
    Represent Motili and serve as the point of contact to all Contractors
    Responsible to drive the right behaviors within their team

    Define :
    As the Contractor Operations Manager, you will have the lead responsibility to define various key aspects of our

    Contractor Network:
    Work with Product Management and Sales to understand the required services from the Contractor Network
    Develop a strategy to quantify and manage the Contractor Network size and capacity.
    Develop a strategy to improve the costing and bidding of jobs in a way that the Contractor is paid fairly for the value provided
    Develop a strategy to define quality in a contractor, and the ongoing compliance with quality work
    Resources required to affectively implement these strategies

    Implement:

    Once these strategic areas are defined, the Contractor Operations Manager will work with their peers in Operations, Account Management and Product Management to implement these.


    Key areas of implementation include:
    Proactive activity to ensure that the network is optimized to support the workload of the Motili customers.
    Systematic approach to manage the quality of work that Contractors are completing for Motili.

    Payment structure to the Contractor that incents work to be done in a quality manner, including workmanship, job site conduct and completion of the work on time.

    Reporting structure that communicates the performance of these activities.

    Lead:
    The Contractor Operations Manager will have a number of functions that report to them. They will be responsible for providing day to day leadership of the following teams.

    Contractor Relations Team
    Bid Desk Team
    Field QA Staff

    Coordinating and assisting team with daily workload and ensures completion in absence of any team member.
    Recommend process improvements and technological automation of the order entry and fulfilment process
    Participate in additional projects to support ongoing business needs.

    Knowledge & Skills:
    Strong working knowledge of HVAC products and services
    Excellent customer service skills and ability to diffuse negative situations, strong interpersonal & relationship management skills
    Excellent People skills/Leadership skills; ability to develop employee's skills/knowledge, delegate work, drive engagement, & performance management skills
    Working knowledge of MS Office = Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
    Effective verbal and written communication skills including business acumen and effective listening skills
    Critical Thinking & Problem Solving - inductive and deductive reasoning, analysis, and interpretation to generate possible solutions & responses to problems
    Effective organizational and time management skills including prioritization skills
    Ability to apply good judgement, decision making skills including strong work ethics & integrity on the job

    Experience:
    5+ years of related experience
    2+ years of supplier management
    2+ years in a lead role/leadership experience

    Education:
    Bachelor's Degree preferred

    Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
    Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.

    The ability to work in an office environment – sitting at a desk for at least 8 hours per day.


    Pay Range:
    $58, $83,575.00
