- Deliver compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to patients with behavioral health needs, including those with psychiatric disorders, substance abuse issues, and emotional crises.
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop individualized care plans, and administer medications as prescribed by psychiatrists or other healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure holistic treatment approaches and promote patient stabilization and recovery.
- 18 months of recent behavioral health experience in an acute care setting (non-psychiatric)
- AHA BLS, RN license
