Practice Highlights:

• Location: 8485 SE 165th Mulberry Lane, Villages, FL Location qualifies for The Villages Charter School (TVCS) for K-12 grades.
• Ideal start date would be December of 2026.

Financial Package:

• Competitive compensation package with a 3-year contract. Base guarantee of $250k with the opportunity to earn more based on productivity.
• Generous sign-on bonus of $25k with eligibility for an annual metric bonus
• Full portfolio of benefits including health/vision/dental insurance along with malpractice coverage, disability coverage, deferred compensation, and matching retirement savings options from day 1

Qualifications:

• MD/DO degree.
• Completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited training program in Family Medicine. 
• Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Family Medicine or the American Osteopathic Association.
• Open to H1-B visa sponsorship
