Description
About this role As a Residential Program Supervisor, you are responsible for the direct care of the residents. The Site Supervisor will implement the teaching of daily living skills through the use of goal plans for each resident. This individual will function as a team leader and will be responsible for the supervision and provision of direct care to residents of the ICF/MR and the personal daily living needs of specific ICF/MR residents. Work is performed according to specific ICF/MR guidelines and is carried out under the supervision of the Division Director.Perks of this role:
