The DTC Lead is responsible for coordinating and assigning work across operations including shipping receiving and warehouse departments This role also involves following up with team members to make sure all tasks are completed on time and correctly The essential duties and responsibilities for the DTC Lead position include the ability to be trained and work in all areas of the warehouse providing direction to employees assigning work following up for completion accuracy adherence to company policies practices processes assisting employees with work related questions problems provides guidance problem solving when issues arise facilitates training ensures team members understand utilize established processes practices provides update s supervisor or manager on department progress partners with supervisor or manager address work related employee relations concerns ability attend work regularly timely manner able perform job accurately learn use various warehouse management programs other responsibilities tasks assigned by your manager supervisor.
