    Job Title

    We are seeking a Relief Night Auditor to enhance our operational efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Process guest arrivals and assign rooms effectively.
    • Verify and confirm phone and online reservations promptly.
    • Provide exceptional guest service, addressing needs, requests, and concerns in a timely manner.
    • Collect payment from departing guests accurately.
    • Maintain accurate records of occupied rooms and guests.
    • Communicate pertinent guest information to relevant departments.

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in customer-facing roles or related fields (Training provided for the right candidate).
    • Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with guests.
    • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to ensure effective guest interactions.
    • Availability to work weekend shifts on Fridays and Saturdays. This role is ideal for individuals seeking part-time employment that requires strong people skills but is not overly complex.
