The January Center is a residential treatment program providing case management supervision support psycho-educational treatment services for adult men with problem sexual behaviors involved in criminal justice system.The Residential Aide is responsible for direct client care including activities daily living providing support safety health wellness assisting program staff establishing developing maintaining respectful relationships people served participating safe harm-free environment residents Working within Adult Services Residential Aide works Community Justice program staff help rehabilitate educate successfully guide clients incarceration community
