Compensation:
$20-$22/ Hour DOE


Status:
Full-Time, W2 Employee


Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

About The Role

Analytical thinking is crucial for interpreting survey data and feedback, guiding decision-making processes backed by insights. Additionally, a customer-centric mindset will enable you to design initiatives that truly resonate with employees, enhancing their overall experience.

Empathy is key, as understanding different perspectives will help you advocate for diverse employee needs.

Being adaptable and flexible will support your ability to navigate the dynamic environment of healthcare, ensuring that you are always aligned with our forward-thinking culture.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

Assisting with employee communication, both written and verbal
Providing support to the Experience Manager or HR Coordinator with daily activities
Assisting with planning, organizing, and executing company events and activities

Supporting onboarding activities such as orientation prep, device set up, gathering documents, ordering and picking up lunches, and ordering food.

Must be flexible, able to multitask, and a team player.
Support fleet management and employee/volunteer compliance.

Qualifications

To thrive in the role of Employee Experience Specialist, you must:
High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
1-3 years' experience in customer service, employee engagement, technology, or related field.
Proficiency with device and software technology in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Excellent organizational skills, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with all levels of staff.
Creative problem solver with an eye for detail and passion for people.
Flexible and able to multi-task
