- Coordinate schedule, manpower, equipment and resources with the Field Team
- Direct and evaluate project timeline
- Communicate with leadership and client on project status
- 5+ years experience as a lead project superintendent for a general commercial contractor with experience for commercial construction projects
- Intermediate computer skills and knowledge using software ie: ProCore, PrimaVera P6, SAGE Timberline, etc
- Strong customers service and relationship skills
- A high school diploma is required
- Valid driver's license required
