- Execute Optimized Maintenance Program (OMP) statement of work by using technical, engineering, and aviation knowledge. Apply your in-depth aviation, engineering, statistics, and aircraft maintenance programs knowledge to analyze customer's maintenance data in order to extract maximum value from their maintenance program, while maintaining safety and reliability.
- Maintain technical currency with Boeing Fleet Scheduled Maintenance Programs and maintenance industry policy groups; and with Boeing Design and Certification programs, ensuring Safety and Quality of OMP products.
- Utilize Boeing best practices to deliver on our OMP revenue contracts. Interface with management and global Customers which include commercial, government, VIP, and military aircraft operators. Provide constructive technical input on OMP products.
- Bachelors degree or higher in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry
- 3+ years' experience as a Reliability Engineer or related engineering experience in the aviation industry
- 2 or more years of experience in developing aircraft maintenance programs and/or MSG-3 analysis
- Experience in a role requiring strong analytical and problem solving skills
- 3+ years of experience with Maintenance Program Engineering (MPE) products and services
- 3+ years of experience working with a Maintenance Steering Group (MSG-3), Maintenance Review Board, or Industry Steering Committee
- 3+ years of experience with aircraft maintenance regulatory requirements
- Experience working in a highly collaborative environment with diverse stakeholder needs
- 1+ years of experience with specialized knowledge of commercial and commercial derivative aircraft, maintenance processes, policies, culture, and standard practices (e.g., return to service, normal duties/responsibilities, time constraints, available resources).
- 1+ years of experience using statistical analysis tools
- 3+ years' experience with technical publications' publishing value streams (i.e. eMOD, Toolbox, My Boeing Fleet or similar program).
