    • Field Technician-Complete all 5 Michigan certifications
    • Satisfactorily complete the Pest Pros Certification Intermediate Program. Actively participate in seminars and training opportunities
    • Meet daily and monthly production goals set by the company each month including team and individual goals
    • Conduct operations in agreement with training and operating procedures
    • Record Keeping, Administration, and Logistics
    • Maintain exceptional client records by keeping detailed notes of services performed
    • Provide written recommendations for follow-up services, documentation, and other recommended services. These must be completed on-site as the service is completed
    • Maintain company vehicles, equipment, electronics, and supplies. Keep an inventory of supplies and equipment on hand and resupply and equip per SOP and training
    • Collect and account for payments and turn them into finance. Turn in any expense receipts for reimbursement and proof of credit card spending
    • Client Relations, Internal Relations, and Sales
    • Actively Participate in sales, communication, and relational development training
    • Answer incoming calls, slack, and emails and return calls within 1 hour during business hours. Check and reply to emails daily
    • Schedule services and follow-ups with and for customers as recommended
    • Utilize promotional tools and merchandise as directed by management
    • Participate in opportunities to capture customer touches
    • Identify opportunities for value-added upsell opportunities. Generating sales in the specialty divisions
    • Record work activities and complete all paperwork after finishing services
    • Assess customer property to identify warning signs of potential pest problems, such as termites, bed bugs, vermin, rodents, or other unwanted pests
    • Disperse the fumigants in infested areas when needed
    • Measure area dimensions and mix the correct amount of chemicals in the applicator based on the size of the infested area
    • Respond to customer inquiries regarding pest management

    Qualifications


    • Comfortable with an outdoor work environment in a variety of weather conditions
    • Great communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Able to pass a background check
    • Unafraid of working in close proximity to vermin, rodents, insects, and other pests
    • Capable of lifting 50lbs, climbing stairs, and going into crawl spaces on a daily basis
