Description

Commonwealth Hand and Physical Therapy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Staff Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a focus on orthopedics and traumatic hands.

Responsibilities:

Administer occupational therapy evaluations and assessments to patients.
Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Communicate with physicians, healthcare professionals, and patient's families regarding treatment plans and progress.
Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and activities.
Document patient progress and treatment plans in electronic medical records.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
Active state license or eligibility for state licensure.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of electronic medical records and documentation.
CPR certification.
