Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Determining hardware, software, and systems specifications, and configuration requirements.
• Execution of the patching, fixing, and making all assigned systems compliant.
• Planning, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Server 2008 R2, Server 2012 R2, Server 2016, client products across multiple networks, and network storage.
• Provide support to users in the areas of account management, enterprise applications, desktop applications, and peripherals.
• Facilitate and coordinate user account creation and modification.
• Perform other hardware and software tasks as assigned

Qualifications Basic Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of related experience
• TS/SCI clearance
• DoD 8570 compliance with Information Assurance Technician (IAT), Level II or higher
• Working technical competency in one or more of the following supported platforms: Microsoft Windows Server, Red Hat Enterprise Linux servers, MS Hyper-V/VMWare/ESx/Xen Hypervisors, Group Policy management and configuration, Scripting, WSUS, , Lumension, Bitlocker, SQL Server 2012, TomCat, IIS, Windows Server 2012r2/2016, Win 10, Red Hat 6.5, Microsoft Office
• Toolkits, mandatory/role-based access control concepts (e

g
SE Linux extensions to RHEL, PitBull, AppArmor, and Sentris) , video teleconferencing/VoIP, Oracle/MS SQL database security, and Apache/IIS Web server security
