We're expanding our Residential Roofing division and seeking a Roofing Field Supervisor/Service Foreman to lead daily repair and diagnostic projects. This role is based in the Goshen, IN location - about 40 minutes from South Bend, IN.
You'll handle 1–2 service jobs per day, supervise a small crew, troubleshoot issues on-site, and deliver a professional, customer-focused experience.
You'll work closely with the Production Manager, receive strong internal support, and participate in weekly training to grow your skills. This role is perfect for someone who's independent, detail-oriented, and takes pride in quality workmanship.
