We are seeking for a highly skilled Technology Director to lead and oversee the integration and management of our digital and technological frameworks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing our tech operations to enhance business efficiency and customer satisfaction across all our locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Integration Management: Oversee and manage the integration of various systems including Toast POS, Olo, Paytronix, Uber Eats, Market Man, Tattle, QuickBooks, and Lineup to ensure seamless operation and data synchronization across all platforms.
• Website and Mobile App Oversight: Manage and enhance the performance of the companys website and mobile apps, ensuring they are user-friendly, up to date, and secure.
• POS System Management: Supervise the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of POS systems at each restaurant location to ensure operational efficiency and reliability.
• Technology Strategy and Innovation: Develop and implement strategic technology plans that align with business goals, focusing on scalability and innovation to drive business growth.
• Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with software and hardware vendors to ensure that the company has access to the latest technology and best support.
• IT Team Leadership: Lead and expand a team of IT professionals to support all technological operations. Provide guidance, training, and support to enhance team skills and effectiveness.
• Cybersecurity Oversight: Ensure the security of all digital platforms, implementing best practices in data protection and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the technology budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness in IT expenditures and investments.

Qualifications:

• +7 years of experience as a Technical Director or in a similar role.
• Bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in a technology leadership role, preferably in the hospitality or retail industry.
• Extensive experience with system integration involving platforms such as Toast, Olo, Paytronix, Uber Eats, and others mentioned.
• Strong understanding of website and mobile app development, and digital infrastructure.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to strategize and solve problems efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
