    Responsibilities
    Responsible for managing the day-to-day business operations of the Physician Order Tracking team, Medical Record Room, Data entry staff. Responsible for developing training and implementing standardized processes for direct reports.


    • Manages and supervises the business operations staff.
    • Establishes and monitors work flow processes.
    • Collaborates with Direct of Business operations and Executive Director to ensure appropriate utilization of team resources.
    • Collaborates with all members of the operations team to ensure compliance and establish processes. Collaborates with Finance, Accounting, Human Resources and other Agency departments to ensure timely and accurate resolution of operational issues.
    • Oversees employees charged with Physician Order Tracking, Medical Records, Data Support and Payroll activities as needed for the team.
    • Facilitates effective communication between clinical and non-clinical team members.
    • Manages employee performance including developing and communicating performance improvement plans or disciplinary action, as necessary.
    • Assures departmental coverage at all times. Participates in hiring, orienting, supervising, evaluating and coaching including when necessary terminating assigned staff members.
    • Other related duties as assigned.

    Qualifications
    Education & Experience


    Formal Education:
    Bachelor's Degree

    Experience: 3 years

    Education Requirements


    College degree preferred and at least 2-5 years health care experience with at least one year in a supervisory capacity, preferably in a home care setting; or, a satisfactory combination of education and experience.

    Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
