The hourly range listed is an estimate. Pay at Cardinal Health is determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's geographical location, relevant education, experience and skills and an evaluation of internal pay equity.

Job Description:

This individual is responsible for key administrative functions, supporting the leadership team, coordinating facility functions, community outreach programs, facilitating Distribution Center communications, procuring all facility supplies, and supporting local and corporate training initiatives. Along with these duties this person will be responsible for facility security and will assist the site Security Coordinator.  Additionally, this person will be responsible for LAN management and set up and maintenance of facility computers, telecommunications systems, and printers. 

Specific Duties are as follows:

  • Manage trouble shooting, and escalation processes for all EIT and telephone systems within the facility.
  • EIT Tech Refresh management
  • Support corporate EIT initiatives – Upcoming projects already inflight
  • Maintain and manage vendor contracts for printers and copiers throughout the facility.
  • Manage various A/P & A/R Duties, such as vendor management BuyNow entries and invoicing
  • Manage procurement of all facility supplies
  • Manage contracts and performance evaluations with facility janitorial and landscaping services
  • Support for the Site Manager and rest of Leadership Team
  • Assist Leadership/Regulatory Advisor as needed by filing EHS and QRA documentation and entering associated training records into myLearning / personnel files.
  • Records retention functions: Log and maintain the document retention file, and setup Shredit site visits / document destruction.
  • New hire orientation - Site champion for facility
  • Assisting various site coordinators for different tasks
  • Responsible for visitor sign-in and security and incoming contractors.   
  • Set up Temps badges and forms
  • Meet Cardinal Health standards on managing site security.

Qualifications

  • 3-6 years of experience
  • High School Diploma, GED or technical certification in related field or equivalent experience Preferred
