    Role summary:
    Senior Project Manager, with a strong understanding and experience within the Facilities domain and related projects (focus on Network/ AV/ intra-building projects, IT/ Cabling Installation/ Wifi / UPS / IDF-MDF rooms installations and infrastructure set-up, etc... not the construction or application projects).

    bility to work on global projects and interface with multiple country and local site leads, multicultural teams, including multiple vendors, within the EMEA, Russia and Asian zones.

    Knowledge of the Pharma sector would be a big plus but not a mandatory requirement.

    Major Responsibilities include:
    Stakeholder Management - Collaborate with customers, vendors and other teams to achieve project objectives.

    Strong understanding of network and server/storage topology, along with an understanding of facilities related projects to provide network solutions for any given project.

    Ensure project objectives/requirements are clear and agreed to by all stakeholders.

    Helps in project Delivery - Plan, baseline, and control costs to ensure projects are delivered on time, within approved budget and with the expected benefits defined at project entry.

    Project Risk, Assumption, Issue and Dependency Management - Assess potential impacts with the project team.
    Ensure alignment of IT planning with business objectives.

    Provide responsive leadership and guidance in the coordination and communication of IT infrastructure activities and status back to senior management.

    Formulate risk mitigation strategies, recommend solutions, actively managing and integrating with any dependent projects or activities.

    Experience in working in network and facilities environments and the ability to work with applications such as Microsoft Suite of applications, Oracle, and Clarity are vital.

    Team Building & Leadership - Organize and supervise the appropriate involvement of project resources and actively managing and addressing the resolution of conflicts within the project team.

    Compliance Directly accountable for ensuring compliance with established practices, policies, tools, vendor engagement, reporting standards, and processes within Infrastructure work and project management.

    Forecasting and Budgeting- As needed basis, provide monthly and quarterly forecasts, as well as manage accruals for projects and programs.

    Participate in annual budgeting activities as required.

    Experience in managing the roadmap of projects that will enhance the capabilities of our data ecosystem, with focus on network facilities build-outs for the specific region assigned.


    Skills:
    Minimum 10-12 years of relevant management experience with functional and technical aspects of IT network infrastructure. Pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience helpful, but not required.
    Subject matter expertise in one or more aspects of network infrastructure and understanding of Facilities planning and build outs.
    Experience with development of project budget plan exercises (road map and business cases).
    Knowledge and understanding of general computer controls, IT process management (i.e., ITIL) including incident, problem, change and release management.
    Strong understanding of Facility related activity and relationship of network infrastructure activity in project.

    Comfortable with ambiguity and have a strong ability to bring order and discipline to projects that engage many stakeholders and delivery partners.

    Deep understanding of SDLCs including Waterfall and Agile methodologies
    Proven ability to obtain results in a matrix environment
    Well versed in vendor management and can look for new opportunities to optimize vendor contracts and relationships
    Strong organization, planning, and program/project management skills
    bility to see the interrelationship of a project across "the big picture" and understand its dependency on other projects in the program as required
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels
    Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, presentation, facilitation and diplomacy skills
    Demonstrated success handling initiatives of high complexity and risk

    Plus:
    Life sciences industry experience would be desired

    Knowledge and understanding of general computer controls, IT process management (i.e., ITIL) including incident, problem, change and release management would be a big plus.

    PMI/PMP Certification.
