Job summary

We're seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer.

Responsibilities include assisting customers with questions and recommendations, managing sales transactions while working assigned cash register, maintaining security of cash and protecting company assets, keeping the store well-stocked, receiving merchandise and helping with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards. Additionally, ensures a positive safe and respectful environment while maintaining professional friendly interactions with customers associates leaders. Maintains cleanliness throughout the store including cleaning restocking bathrooms sweeping mopping floors taking out trash ensuring all areas are neat presentable.
  • Skills Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous customer service experience in retail hotel restaurant grocery drug store environment highly preferred Ability to follow instructions interpret operational documents required Must be able to lift between 30 50 lbs from floor above shoulder height meet demands of frequent walking standing stooping kneeling climbing pushing pulling repetitive lifting Excellent customer service relationship management skills required Strong organizational communication skills required Strong problem-solving decision-making skills required Perks Benefits: We offer medical pharmacy dental vision insurance Employee Assistance Program Retirement plans Educational Assistance And much more
