What we need: Our ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centered environment—even without a formal team reporting to you. You are a proactive and resourceful Warehouse Manager who brings energy, ownership, and collaboration to every part of the operation.

In this 'start up' role, you'll be the driving force behind a safe, efficient, and organized warehouse—managing inventory, streamlining logistics, and ensuring every process supports excellent service. You'll partner cross-functionally with sales, logistics, and operations teams to solve problems, drive results, and create a positive, productive workspace.

Key Responsibilities

General

• Lead by example and uphold core values of integrity, collaboration, and accountability.

• Ensure adherence to organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Safety

• Promote a culture of safety and compliance within the warehouse.
• Conduct hazard assessments and report findings to leadership.
• Ensure all equipment (MHE, tools, vehicles, dock equipment) is maintained and safe.
• Investigate workplace accidents and conduct root cause analyses to reduce risk.

Inventory Management

• Assist with planning, scheduling, forecasting, and control of inventory.
• Collaborate with sales to maintain an approved stock list and manage min/max levels.
• Create purchase orders and inspect inbound shipments; report damages/discrepancies.
• Audit outbound shipments for accuracy and perform weekly cycle counts.
• Analyze and address large inventory variances and slow-moving products.
• Lead slotting and space utilization efforts; oversee custom filter production.
• Manage returns and customer-allocated inventory as needed.

Logistics and Shipping

• Maintain relationships with third-party logistics providers.
• Ensure 100% on-time delivery by understanding customer needs.
• Schedule and coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and order fulfillment.
• Handle shipping documentation, loading/unloading, and UPS software management.
• Support walk-in sales and filter deliveries (in applicable markets).

Physical Requirements

• Ability to bend, lift (up to 50 lbs), and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Must stand, walk, and operate industrial equipment throughout shifts.
• Comfortable working in varying warehouse and outdoor conditions.

What you need: Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience in warehousing or 3PL.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in inventory control, reconciliation, and cycle counting.

Reports to: Director of  Warehouse Management

Status: Full-Time, onsite
