    What We're Looking For:

    This key position will serve in a "hands on" role supporting the execution of the budget, forecast, financial analysis, reporting, and modeling to help drive business decisions and be a critical part of our continued growth. The perfect candidate for this role is inquisitive and gets excited about finding data and using it to ensure we can deliver our products to our customers through thoughtful reporting. This person needs to be an expert with spreadsheets and can compile important data and provide actionable insights through the data they find. Overall, this person needs to have an analytical mind and the ability to communicate and work cross-functionally within the entire organization. This position will report to the Manager, FP&A.

    To Summarize, You Will:

    • Provide analytical support to the organization in sales, margin, and financial forecasting and working closely with cross-functional business partners.
    • Decision support for channel owners through financial and operational ad hoc reporting and analysis.
    • Prepares financial models/reports/forecasts and conducts financial analyses.
    • Own preparation of weekly reporting to Executive Team and PE sponsor, commenting on key performance drivers and areas of risk/opportunity.
    • Continuously analyze the business to determine opportunity in areas of pricing, margin management, operations, and other areas.
    • Assist with top-down inventory planning for the organization.
    • Other duties and ad hoc projects may be assigned.
    Requirements

    What You Need for this Position:
    • 2+ years of professional finance experience, preferably for a retail or consumer product company.
    • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, business, or related field
    • Expert Excel skills; experience with business intelligence tools a plus (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
    • Experience with financial planning software (Essbase, Hyperion, Anaplan) preferred but not required.
    • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and quantitative skills
    • Frames highly complex issues in an effective manner, using creativity to compile and arrange data in unique and compelling ways.
    • Strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals and financial close processes.
    • Must be business minded, with a desire to drive business performance and financial results.
    • Highly organized with the ability to perform multiple tasks.
    • Proven success in a highly dynamic, growth-oriented, deadline-driven environment.
    • Must be able to establish and maintain relationships, both internally and externally
