    In this role, you will travel to customer locations to provide service, maintenance and installation provide for equipment in the field. Their duties include installation, troubleshooting and repairs. Ensures the equipment is installed and working properly, but also manages customer relationships to boost customer retention and satisfaction, which ultimately boosts the company's profitability.

    • Install, service or upgrade equipment onsite at customer locations
    • Diagnose technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and identify solutions to ensure the effective functioning of equipment and controls.
    • Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and provide appropriate technical recommendations and solutions.
    • Provide training and guidance to customers on the proper operation and maintenance of products.
    • Configuring hardware and software components after installation
    • Performing routine maintenance on technology equipment
    • Testing equipment to troubleshoot the issues
    • Keep clients apprised of progress during maintenance or a down system situation.
    • Maintaining all tools and equipment used during service calls
    • Teaching customers how to use the equipment properly
    • Managing the stock of replacement parts and equipment
    • Ability to effectively articulate and document technical issues for escalation.
    • Evaluates customer needs and initiates additional products or services.

    What Sets You Up for Success: Your Skills and Experience

    • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
    • 1-2 years electrical/mechanical install, troubleshooting, and repair experience
    • 1-2 years continuous customer service experience
    • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and repair complex equipment and controls.
    • Proficiency in reading technical diagrams, manuals, and schematics.
    • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills with ability to identify and resolve problems.
    • Ability to problem solve and operate independently.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and adapt as priorities change.
    • Willingness to travel to customer sites frequently, up to 80%.
    • Valid driver's license, with a clean driving record
    • Can lift or move 55lbs with or without accommodation and can dual lift up to 150lbs.
    • Team player who enjoys working with and helping customers
    • Empowered individual to install, train on, & troubleshoot our equipment and solutions.
    • Electro-mechanical and computer skills preferred, but we will provide the necessary training to candidates that possess the basic competencies.
    • Enjoy working with the latest technologies but also not afraid to get your hands dirty.
    • Prior knowledge with copier machines, printer/scanners, ATMs, PCs, appliances, HVAC systems, vending machines and servo-controllers a plus.

    This position has an hourly pay range of:

    $19.38-$29.09
