    About the Role:


    The Barista/Bartender plays a pivotal role in providing warm, professional service to our members. This team member must consistently deliver service that aligns with company standards and exceeds member expectations. Upholding the company's values and mission statement while fulfilling job responsibilities and meeting operational standards is paramount for the Bartender/Barista.

    The Chief Clubhouse is situated in San Francisco's Financial District. Clubhouse operational hours span from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

    Shift Hours (alternate weekly):

    • Shift 1: 7:30 am-3:30 pm
    • Shift 2: 12:00 pm-9:00 pm

    What You'll Do:
    • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including specialty coffees, cocktails, wine, and Non-Alcoholic Beverages to Members
    • Deliver top-notch service and beverages to all members
    • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly side tasks as assigned
    • Conduct regular inventory of bar-related products
    • Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all bar areas and storage spaces for beverage supplies
    • Maintain knowledge of beverage offerings and descriptions
    • Manage POS system, update menu items, input daily counts, and generate weekly reports
    • Place daily orders for clubhouse food and manage cost and waste tracking
    • Assist members with their orders
    • Drive continuous improvement through participation in enhancement projects and problem-solving initiatives
    • Implement strategies to enhance profitability

    The hourly compensation for this role is: $35.00/hr
