- Analyze market fundamentals for project evaluation.
- Prepare investment offering memorandums for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with market brokers for project data.
- Create financial models for development projects.
- Assist in drafting LOI's and presenting opportunities.
- Contribute to due diligence processes.
- BA/BS in Business, Finance, Accounting, Math, Economics, Real Estate or relevant field.
- 2+ years of experience in real estate, finance, or investment.
- Strong financial modeling skills with proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated work ethic.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with knowledge of DCF and NPV.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
- Critical thinking and a passion for commercial real estate.
