- Operate mobile equipment on plant property (skid steer, forklift, and manlift.)
- Safely and efficiently operate fixed and mobile aggregate plant equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of plant work areas
- Assist with plant tasks including lubrication, maintenance, repairs
- Transport materials to and from storage and shop areas
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, and with company policies and procedures and rules/laws specified by site, city, state, federal
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work in year-round weather conditions, extremes of hot and cold weather.
- Must have the physical ability to: climb, stoop, bend, squat, lift (up to 75 lbs.), sit and stand for extended periods of time, kneel, climb ladders, and walk on varied terrain

- $41.88- $42.88/hour
- Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Retirement.
- Union paid vacation 40 hours (5 days) per year and paid sick 40 hours per year.
- Union paid holidays seven
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated on-going drug and alcohol testing.
- Role operations primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
