    Description

    Director of Finance with Real Estate Experience ($225,000/yr)

    About the opening:

    • Competitive compensation of $225k
    • Opportunity for advancement to CFO role

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide oversight to the Chief Financial Officer on various tasks
    • Manage accounting, investor reporting, and tax filings
    • Prepare annual budgets and oversee lender reporting
    • Supervise payroll, cash management, and treasury activities
    • Analyze financial statements, assist with acquisitions, and implement process improvements

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance
    • 10+ years of relevant accounting experience in real estate industry
    • CPA designation preferred
    • Experience with open-end fund reporting preferred
    • General understanding of tax reporting and compliance
