Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced ERP Systems / Technical Support Analyst to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing, maintaining and troubleshooting computer systems and networks
Installing software, setting up local networks and configuring hardware
Identifying and resolving technical problems
Researching and evaluating new technologies
Providing help desk technical support
Developing security systems to safeguard computer networks and systems
Creating backup and recovery plans
Collaborate with teams to identify and evaluate requirements for new systems or system upgrades
Develop, install, configure, and maintain system applications and hardware
Identify and rectify system related problems
Administer user accounts and email addresses
Create support documents and update knowledge base materials
Qualifications:
Epicor ERP or Kinetic ERP
Microsoft SQL Server, SSRS
Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience
Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN
Hardware troubleshooting exp
Customer service, problem-solving, technical aptitude, communication, and analytical skills
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
