Front Office Receptionist for a Med Spa - Tallahassee, Florida Job#PRJoin a thriving med spa in northern Florida, offering advanced aesthetic treatments and wellness services in Tallahassee, where client care meets cutting-edge beauty innovation. As Front Office Receptionist working 25-35 hours weekly, you will greet clients warmly, manage scheduling and phones, handle check-ins/outs and payments, assist with retail product sales, and ensure smooth front desk operations in a welcoming environment. We offer a competitive compensation package.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Experience in medical office, spa, or retail reception (1+ years preferred).
- Proficiency with scheduling software, EMR systems, and POS transactions.
- Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.
- HIPAA knowledge and discretion with patient privacy and confidentiality.
- Reliable team player with excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills.
