We are seeking a highly strategic and dynamic Account Supervisor to join our NYC team at Prestidge Group, an international boutique agency specializing in managing and elevating high-profile personal brands for HNW leaders, C-level executives, technology experts, celebrities, and investors. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping client narratives, strengthening brand positioning, and driving meaningful engagement across digital and media platforms. You will manage multiple high-value clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational, communication, and client leadership skills.
You will report to the Director of Client Strategy and collaborate closely with our design, social, video, and PR teams to ensure the seamless execution of integrated personal branding strategies. As Account Supervisor, you will oversee the development, approval, and performance of content across multiple channels, ensuring all output aligns with each client's distinct voice, strategic positioning, and long-term brand objectives.
In this role, you will serve as the primary strategic partner for your assigned clients, guiding content direction, managing timelines, and ensuring all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, consistency, and strategic relevance. You will translate client goals into actionable content and visibility strategies, provide clear direction and feedback to internal teams, and ensure alignment across all brand touchpoints.
This position allows you to combine strategic thinking with creative storytelling, helping elevate client visibility and authority through innovative, trend-aware, and insight-driven content. You will also monitor performance metrics, provide recommendations for optimization, and ensure all initiatives contribute to measurable brand growth and engagement.
Please note this is a hands-on, client-facing leadership role requiring strong strategic judgment, exceptional editorial oversight, and the ability to confidently manage high-profile client relationships while guiding cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class personal brand content and visibility.
The Details:
- Immediate start
- Full-Time role
- Fully Remote, but must reside in the Eastern time zone of the United States (New York or Washington, DC regions preferred)
- Salary Range: $80,000-$100,000 per year, depending on experience
- Reports to Director of Client Strategy
- Benefits: 22 days annual leave and paid US holidays, monthly well-being allowance, health, dental and vision insurance allowance, early finish Fridays, mentoring sessions with Director-level colleagues
Strategy
- Providing valuable strategy, vision and continuous improvement of new business pitches, current monthly client accounts, and agency plans
- Developing online-offline PR, strategic and reputation management campaigns for agency and clients
- Keeping abreast of current PR and social media trends and tools, and implementing with team
- Ensure agency brand, content and website is always a step ahead of our competitors
- Communicating and supporting CEO mission and vision of agency to wider team
- Always improving on agency processes
Client and Team Management
- Management of own portfolio of clients
- Overseeing client content, including thought leadership, video and social media of own clients to ensure it's aligned with client personal brand and produced for the correct reach and engagement.
- Working with video team on pre-production ideas, supporting on video and photo shoots when required for client shoots
- Ensuring clients' scope of work is met on time and always at the best company standard
- Overseeing and supporting US Content Manager
- Responsible for upkeep for client accounts and ensure Account Managers and Executives are using efficiently update their work and fulfil weekly tasks assigned
- Ensure a high level of client interaction on all client accounts, and support team in meetings and discussions as and when required
- Spearheading both traditional PR and social media projects
- Advising on news angles, stories, content, and pitches to further the client's profile, products, and services
- Ensuring all internal client meetings and external meetings take place and assist if junior account managers require support
Media and PR Relationships
- Building and maintaining a network of media contacts including journalists and industry spokespeople.
- Creating pitches and coordinating coverage with media
- Reporting on results to leadership
Other
- Assisting with business development pitches when required
- Preparing and co-hosting personal/executive branding workshops when required
- Conducting media training
Qualifications
- Experience managing clients in an agency environment, preferably within personal branding, PR, communications, or digital media.
- Proficiency in Brand Management and Brand Communication
- Strong understanding of personal branding concepts and techniques
- Strong understanding of social media best practice and strategy
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Candidates with a strong understanding of healthcare, technology, climate change and the environment, financial services, and professional (accounting, legal, or consulting) services are a huge plus.
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategy-driven communication plans
- Comfort working in a dynamic, remote environment
- Knowledge of public relations, social media, and digital marketing is an advantage
- Knowledge of , or other project management softwares preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Must be an American citizen or a permanent resident of the United States.
