    JobTitle: Program / Resource Financial Analyst

    Location: Springfield, VA

    Experience: At least 12 years of relevant experience with 8 years of specialized expertise.

    Join **S2 Analytical Solutions** as a **Program / Resource Financial Analyst** and contribute to national security and humanitarian efforts by utilizing innovative IT solutions.

    Overall Assignment Description:

    The role of the Program Resource/Budget Analyst involves providing financial management support services to the TEI division budget program manager for effective budget management.

    Responsibilities

    Duties:
    • Support TEIN Division Leadership, TCS GPMO, and Manhole GPMO in financial planning, management, and monitoring of program budgets and contracts.
    • Maintain accountability and tracking of funding through a document tracking system and internal dashboards.
    • Utilize GEO-F and PRISM accounts.
    • Provide resource and budget support to program managers, ensuring compliance with financial policies and plans.
    • Perform data entry for financial databases and systems.
    • Prepare funding and finance documentation required for program execution.
    • Assist in defending funding strategies and spend plans.
    • Maintain financial documentation and spreadsheets.
    Qualifications

    Required:
    • Bachelor's degree in finance or business, or relevant work experience in Financial Management.
    • Demonstrated experience advising in financial management for IC or DoD agencies.
    • Demonstrated expertise in developing budget plans for IC or DoD agencies.
    • Experience in tracking and reporting on financial commitments, obligations, and expenditures.
    • Experience in preparing agency purchase requests and interdepartmental purchase requests.
    • Knowledge of appropriation types and the activities funded by each category.
