    Position Summary:


    As a business operations specialist, you will manage small to large Enterprise-wide revenue and compensation projects and program initiatives ensuring successful and timely implementation.

    Some projects could require integration planning and tracking as necessary with the Heartland software development group.

    The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excellent at problem-solving, communication, possesses interpersonal, and organizational skills, along with patience, a positive, customer-friendly attitude, the ability to work in a team environment and independently.


    Position Responsibilities:
    Work with Product and Project leaders to define and document revenue/compensation initiatives. Project sponsors include but are not limited to Senior Management, Heartland subsidiaries, or outside vendors/partners.
    Assist with the analysis of current processes and procedures to identify any necessary changes/modifications/additions.
    Comfortable working with large data sets.
    Familiarity with Business Intelligence concepts and tools.

    Act as overall task manager to ensure that all tasks are kept on track and are completed on time so as not to delay project implementation.

    Prepare and summarize various pricing and compensation models.
    Integrate with other teams when necessary to ensure operational readiness of items being released.

    Coordinate testing efforts to ensure that any required system enhancements/processes are tested, approved and signed off by each responsible business unit.

    Communicate to project stakeholders regarding project status and timelines consistently throughout the project's life cycle.
    Provide detailed reporting on initiative progress/success

    Qualifications:
    At least 2 years experience in the bankcard industry with emphasis on customer satisfaction
    Understanding of bankcard industry pricing, products & merchant lifecycle.

    • 5 years experience in Pricing, Compensation, Revenue, Finance, or other related roles.
    At least 1 year experience with managing projects preferred.
    Position utilizes knowledge typically associated with a four-year degree or a combination of formal training and relevant work experience.
    Operations experience preferred.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
    Solid Excel experience.
    Proven experience transforming large datasets to digestible, actionable insights.
    High level of problem-solving skills and the ability to set short-term direction.
    Competent to work on many complex projects and to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
