- Hybrid role (3 days onsite, 2 days onsite)
- Initial Training: Training may require 4 days in-office so please make sure candidates understand and are comfortable with that.
- Work schedule: 40 hours/ week| Mon-Fri, 8-5pm (flexible)
- Minimum Education Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent
- Years of Experience: 1-3 years
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Data entry

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Preferred Skills: Ability to multitask effectively
- Strong ability to interpret operational notes and determine next steps independently.
- Demonstrate ability to follow workflow logic and apply standard operating procedures without constant oversight.
- Experience working across multiple systems and reconciling information between platforms.
- Ability to make sound, timely decisions based on documented information.
- Strong decision-making skills with the confidence to act based on documented information.
- Duties include, but are not limited to, general office functions (filing, scanning, photocopying, mailing), reviewing and filing documents, compiling and maintaining tracking system reports, processing specifications, procedures and drawings, logging and tracking information across multiple applications, researching customer inquiries, preparing status reports, and responding to customer and internal phone inquiries
