    In this challenging and rewarding role, you will provide high-quality patient care as a Home Therapies Registered Nurse. As part of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of patients undergoing home dialysis.



    Requirements



    • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a valid nursing license in your state or country;

    • A minimum of 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse (RN);

    • Succesful completion of 3 months experience as RN in home peritoneal dialysis and/or hemodialysis;

    • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining open communication channels within the healthcare team;
