Senior Finance Analyst
We have partnered with a leading provider of high-quality, apparel company.

The team is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst who will play a crucial role in providing insightful financial analysis and strategic guidance to support decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities:
Perform in-depth analysis of financial data, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue, expenses, and profitability. Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.
Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making, scenario analysis, and long-term planning.
Collaborate with finance and business teams to develop accurate and realistic budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor and report on budget-to-actual performance, providing insights and recommendations for variance analysis.
Prepare regular and ad-hoc financial reports, dashboards, and visualizations for management and stakeholders.
Manage and maintain Customer Pricing analytics and system updates.
Manage and maintain Sales Representative master data and associated commission calculations.
Provide analytics on Customer profitability and sales coverage models.
Develop and implement data governance policies, standards, and procedures related to financial data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish data quality standards, data definitions, and data classification.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3-4 years of related experience.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Intermediate to advanced use of Excel, Power Query and Pivot tables a plus.
