    Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team in St. Louis. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in paralegal litigation and be interested in growing their career with a dynamic and professional organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support practicing litigation defense attorneys with various law office responsibilities
    • Manage all aspects of the discovery process, including electronic filing requirements at state and federal courts in Missouri and Illinois
    • Conduct research and prepare high-quality written materials
    • Forecast and calendar court filings and docket deadlines
    • Organize and prioritize tasks with strong attention to detail

    Requirements

    • Proven knowledge of electronic filing requirements at state and federal courts in Missouri and Illinois
    • Excellent research and writing skills
    • Ability to work proactively, independently, and as part of a team
    • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and PDF maker (Nuance or Adobe Pro)
    • iManage experience is a plus
