    Job Description:

    This full-time position based in a Naperville SNF requires on-call duties at the facility from 5-9pm. We are in search of a Nurse Practitioner with strong clinical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach. Previous experience in acute care or long-term care is advantageous. A minimum one-year commitment is necessary, but we greatly value long-term partnerships with dedicated and loyal team members. Competitive compensation package offered.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conducting examinations, diagnosis, and treatment of patients
    • Collaborating with primary physicians and facility nursing staff
    • Performing comprehensive physical assessments
    • Ordering and evaluating diagnostic tests
    • Prescribing medications or treatments
    • Communicating effectively with healthcare professionals, patients, and families
    • Recording findings accurately and promptly
    • Handling scheduling, payroll, and billing efficiently
    • Attending regular meetings

    Qualifications:

    • Required education: Master's Degree
    • Required license or certification: Nurse Practitioner certification, IL APN and CS lic, DEA
    • Experience: 1+ years
    • Preferred: Background in acute care or long-term care
