    Job Summary

    We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will meet with various patients, understand their treatment requirements and goals, and develop tailored therapy plans. Collaboration with other healthcare professionals is crucial to ensure seamless follow-up care and patient education on necessary lifestyle adjustments. The ideal candidate exhibits compassion, effective communication, and can manage multiple cases simultaneously.

    Responsibilities

    • Engage empathetically with patients of diverse backgrounds to address their health and therapy needs
    • Conduct assessments to establish individualized starting points for treatment
    • Devising custom therapy plans aimed at enhancing patients' mobility
    • Coordinate closely with the patient's care team for consistent post-treatment support
    • Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and monitor progress

    Qualifications

    • State license in occupational therapy is mandatory
    • Proficient in communication and interpersonal interaction
    • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
    • Demonstrated ability to maintain a positive and compassionate attitude when engaging with patients
