    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Medical Technologist to join our team in Oklahoma. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of laboratory tests and procedures to assist physicians in diagnosing, monitoring, and treating diseases. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility and contribute to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests on patient samples, including blood, urine, and other bodily fluids, using automated equipment and manual techniques.
    • Analyze test results, interpret findings, and report accurate data to physicians and other healthcare professionals in a timely manner.
    • Maintain laboratory equipment, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure compliance with quality control standards and safety regulations.
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, provide clinical support, and contribute to the development of treatment plans.
    • Stay updated on the latest advancements in medical technology, laboratory techniques, and best practices to enhance the quality of patient care.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field from an accredited institution.
    • Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) by a recognized accrediting agency (e.g., ASCP, AMT, AAB) is required.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Medical Technologist in a clinical laboratory setting preferred.
    • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to delivering compassionate care to patients.
