Job summary

The Accounting Assistant will perform various accounting and administrative tasks including receiving invoices, processing payments, reconciling vendor statements and maintaining vendor files.

Responsibilities

  • Receive invoices from vendors, review and then process them by using 3-way matching (Invoice vs PO vs Packing Slip).
  • Process non-PO invoices in the AP module and making sure to use the correct GL.
