Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Machine Operator at our facility in Totowa, NJ We are looking for a dedicated and skilled individual who is ready to take on the challenge of operating and maintaining our state-of-the-art machinery. If you have a passion for precision and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you Multiple shifts available
Responsibilities
- Operate various types of machinery in accordance with safety and quality standards.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure optimal performance and quality output.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment as needed.
- Maintain accurate production records and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in training new operators on machinery and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machine operation is a plus.
- Proven experience as a machine operator or similar role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if necessary.
