    Job Responsibilities

    Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans.
    - Implement treatment plans using techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.
    - Evaluate treatment effectiveness and modify plans as needed.
    - Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
    - Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and injury prevention.
    - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
    - Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
    - Stay current with new physical therapy techniques and practices through continuing education.
    - Supervise physical therapist assistants (PTAs) and aides in the delivery of treatment.
    - Manage a caseload and schedule to optimize patient care and clinic efficiency.
    - Ensure all equipment and treatment areas are clean, safe, and properly set up.
    - Comply with all state licensure and professional association requirements.
    - Assist in the development and implementation of clinic policies and procedures.
    - Provide input on program development and quality improvement initiatives within the therapy department.
