*Responsibilities:

• Perform scrub duties during the intraoperative phase of surgical procedures.
• Assist in the preparation and dispensing of instruments, equipment, and supplies required for surgical procedures.
• Conduct all instrument, needle, sharps, and sponge counts - as well as handle specimens.
• Assist in the application of dressings or casts and moving patients.

*Qualifications: * *Experience*: New graduates and candidates with Surgical Technologist experience accepted. Experienced surgical technologists must have recent surgical technologist experience from an acute care hospital. Orthopedic background required for this location.
* *Education*: Graduate of a surgical technologist program.

*Shift:

• Full-Time Day Shift; 40 hrs/week 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

*Pay: *$25.50 with increases based on experience

*Sign-

On Bonus:
* $5,000 for surgical technologists with at least one year of experience
