- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, including electrical and mechanical components.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and replacing filters, lubricating parts, and inspecting equipment for wear and tear.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations while performing HVAC installations and repairs.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain HVAC system problems, recommended repairs, and maintenance schedules.
- EPA license required.
- Clean driver's license.
- 3+ years residential/light commercial HVAC maintenance and service experience-good communication skills

We are looking for an air conditioning technician with 3+years of experience for an air conditioning company located in Sunrise, Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5:00 pm and weekends rotative on call, full time, salary is $27 to $30 per hour depends on the experience.
