The Associate Nurse Manager reports directly to the Nurse Manager and oversees daily operations of assigned shift ensuring proper care is provided to all patients.Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: The Associate Nurse Manager works closely with the Nurse Manager and nursing leadership team to understand and support the mission, vision, values and strategic initiatives of Jackson Health System.
- People Leadership: The Associate Nurse Manager works to improve employee engagement through collaboration; holds staff accountable, meets one on one with staff, and frequently acknowledges team members for great performance.
