    Job Title:

    Sales Associate

    About the Role:

    The Sales Associate is responsible for assisting in the education and sale of all company products.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Creates an exceptional customer service experience with guests through education, knowledge of products, and salesmanship.
    • Answers customers' questions concerning price, and use of merchandise.
    • Processes both online orders (curbside pick-up and in-store pick up) and in-store consultation orders.
    • Pulls inventory from the sales floor and enters products into the customer's sales order.
    • Building and setting up profiles on POS system.
    • Updating all steps during the process on applicable software program applications.
    • Participates in the upselling of products to assist in reaching the company set monthly sales goal.
    • Maintains up-to-date knowledge on the endocannabinoid system and all applicable properties and/or effects.
    • Comply with all state regulations pertaining to medical and/or retail sales.
    • Comply with all cash handling policies and procedures.
    • Maintains cleanliness of all surfaces and register area.
    • Removes and records amount of cash in register at end of shift.
    • Reports all issues to management on duty.
    • Comply with all HR policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure.
    • Assist with the implementation of company policies, standard operating procedures, and performance standards.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
    • Daily compliance with company policies including but not limited to; state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules.

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training;
    • Must be 21 years of age or older.

    Working Conditions:

    The employee is occasionally exposed to hot, cold, and/or humid conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

    Pay Range:

    $16.50/hour - $18.00/hour
