- Controls further processing, delivery, or installation of nonconforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected as defined by applicable procedures and/or delegation of the area manufacturing manager.

- Communicates effectively - Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
- Significant work experience in forklifting is required.
- Must be able to function effectively in a team environment and to effectivelycommunicate with scheduling, material handling and manufacturing personnel.

- Strong knowledge of the automotive manufacturing sector and readiness to adhere to safety measures.

We are looking for a talented Material Handler to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Components Business Segment team in Fletcher, NC.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Education, Licenses, Certifications
High school diploma, College, or training in material handling, forklifting or related field required. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate of $21.49 and above as commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
