    **Vice President for Finance and Enrollment Services Position**

    Montgomery County Community College invites confidential applications and nominations for the Vice President for Finance and Enrollment Services position. The ideal candidate will be an experienced, collaborative, innovative, strategic-minded financial leader who possesses and demonstrates the skills to motivate, inspire, and lead others to help fulfill the College's mission, values, and equity goals for student success.

    The successful candidate will provide visionary leadership in managing and overseeing business and financial affairs of the College, ensuring transparency, creative thinking, and teamwork that permeates all levels of the institution.

    This senior leadership position is responsible for developing and implementing student-oriented business and fiscal policies, negotiating and administering union contracts, supervising budget development and management, finance, payroll, purchasing, procurement, insurance, risk management, and the Facilities Master Plan.

    The VPFES also oversees enrollment services, construction, and auxiliary enterprises for the College, including childcare services, fitness center, as well as food services and vending for all campus locations.

    To be successful, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with faculty, staff, students, and external stakeholders.

    The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams to achieve organizational goals and objectives, with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.

    The VPFES will be expected to maintain a high level of intra-division collaboration and communication, establishing a culture of innovation, creativity, and excellence that drives student success and institutional growth.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    - Develop and implement student-oriented business and fiscal policies

    - Negotiate and administer union contracts

    - Supervise budget development and management, finance, payroll, purchasing, procurement, insurance, risk management, and the Facilities Master Plan

    - Oversee enrollment services, construction, and auxiliary enterprises for the College

    Requirements:

    - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field

    - Proven experience in financial leadership and management

    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    - Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with faculty, staff, students, and external stakeholders

    - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    Working Conditions:

    - Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and priorities

    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and objectives

    - Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly
