    Who we are looking forThe position is within the Global Technology Services/Tech Platform Engineering & Ops Mgmt. based in N. Quincy, MA. The role will report directly to the TPEO Tech Spend/DRB Mgmt.

    Lead and will partner in supporting the GTS Demand Review Board program, its requirements and in creating accurate, predictive and insightful reporting to support Global GTS executives with informed strategic decision making.

    A self-starter with critical thinking and ability to process data are crucial to being successful in the role. This is a fast paced and highly visible role dealing with time sensitive technology requirements.
    What you will be responsible forAs an IT Business Analyst, you willSupport the GTS DRB program and other TPEO Tech Spend initiativesDevelop relationships with GTS representatives to understand spend requirements/demand and assist in moving them through program to approvalDevelop collaborative relationships with supporting business units (Finance, GPS,OoA)

    Become proficient in and develop DRB Program Reporting with use of Svc NowMaintenance of program support documentation according to standard templates and providing walkthroughs of requirements with Business and Technology areasAnalysis of new tool enhancements supporting program/operational process improvements and understand in detail the impact they have on business requirements and program functionEscalation of risks and issues and Ad-hoc Problem SolvingProject management of small initiatives may be required from time to timeWhat we valueThese skills will help you succeed in this roleHighly analytical and detail-oriented - demonstrate ability to ensure accuracy of reports/models and impactful insights for presenting to senior management; be able to synthesize concise and meaningful results through working with large databasesExcellent written and verbal communication, presentation and problem-solving skillsAbility to ask right questions and ability to interpret and present gathered informationGood internal and external stakeholder relationship management skillsAbility to work as an individual contributor as well as in a team environmentProactive approach to problem solving, taking ownership of issues and follow throughEducation & Qualifications3+ years of experience within Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Services experienceAdvanced knowledge of MS Office:

    Salary Range:
    $80,000 - $132,500 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.#J-18808-Ljbffr
