    Site Coordinator

    Express is seeking a proactive and experienced Onsite Coordinator with a background in property management. The ideal candidate will be adept at multitasking and have a passion for assisting residents in their relocation and renovation journey.

    General Duties:

    Provide residents with support and assistance throughout the relocation process.

    Conduct one-on-one meetings with all residents to discuss their options.

    Assist residents in completing necessary forms, coordinating special needs, and addressing other concerns.

    Specific Duties:Conduct daily/weekly walkthroughs and check-ins to ensure residents are prepared for their move.

    Provide weekly reports to the team on tenant status; this information will be shared with the client.

    Assist with tenant communication, including automated calls, notices, and obtaining signatures on necessary documents.

    Support the upload of documents to digital platforms such as Excel, Google Drive, One Drive and SharePoint.

    Maintain required files, ensuring they are accurate and up to date.

    Identify special needs of tenants (physical, language proficiency, etc.) and assist with reasonable accommodation to facilitate the relocation process.

    Oversee the day-to-day tenant-in-place process at the site level.

    Inform households of their eligibility for housing and relocation benefits.

    Schedule inspections and facilitate any necessary follow-up actions.

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience in property management is a plus but not required.

    Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with platforms like Excel, Google drive One Drive and SharePoint.

    This is a Full Time and Non-Remote position.

    Schedule:

    8 hour shift

    Monday to Friday 7:30am-4:30pm
